Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure the e-bike is clean, in its original packaging, and has less than 10 miles on the odometer to qualify for a full refund.

  Secure Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the original box and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for heavy models.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
